Grace Castle Family Care homes is the right place for our elderly parent leaving their homes. Instead of going into a large facility and losing their sense of self. Grace Castle offers a three bedrooms two baths, houses up to four individuals. We have a 24 hours’ staff rotations including a nurse administer and plenty of activities stay keep active and engage. It is critical for us to deliver high level of care. Working in collaboration with primary care physicians, specialists, physical therapist, other community health services and organizations.
